Terms of Service

MEP AI Pro is a software tool that helps HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman contractors generate cost estimates using artificial intelligence, based on the job details and labor rates you provide. The Service produces draft estimates for your business use.

Estimates generated by the Service — including material prices — are produced by AI models and are approximations only. They are not verified supplier quotes, appraisals, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying every estimate (including all pricing, scope, quantities, code requirements, and permits) before relying on it or providing it to a customer. MEP AI Pro is not liable for pricing inaccuracies, lost profit, or any decision made based on an estimate.

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. There is no free trial — your subscription begins and is billed when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually) until canceled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Payments are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) resell or provide the Service to third parties except to deliver estimates to your own customers; or (d) submit content you are not authorized to submit.

You retain ownership of the business and customer information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate estimates and deliver documents. See our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MEP AI Pro and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEP AI Pro and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold MEP AI Pro harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, the estimates you produce and provide to customers, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your subscription and closing your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MEP AI Pro is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
