Material prices are AI-estimated from current market knowledge for your region — they are approximations, not live supplier quotes. Every material line is flagged as an estimate. Always verify prices with your supplier before quoting a customer.

Yes. Open any estimate and use Edit to change the customer details or line items (totals recalculate automatically), or Clone to duplicate it as a new editable copy — and delete any you no longer need. Cloning and deleting are free; only generating a new estimate or saving an edit counts toward your monthly limit.

Starter includes 25 estimates a month and Pro includes 110. Generating a new estimate and saving an edit to an existing one each use one from that allowance; cloning a copy and deleting cost nothing. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month, and you can add more estimates anytime from the Billing page — or upgrade from Starter to Pro.

Go to Settings → Account & security. You can update your login email and password there; both require your current password to confirm.

Starter is $79.99/mo and Pro is $149.99/mo, with about 20% off when billed annually. There is no free trial — it's a paid subscription from the first estimate, and you can cancel anytime from the Billing page.

Open Billing and choose Manage billing to cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.
