Refund Policy

MEP AI Pro subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or estimates not generated. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, and to any renewal charges.

Because there is no free trial, we encourage you to review our features and pricing before subscribing. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your payment is non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Your subscription remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate promptly.
